Now that Guy Fawkes is done with, I have noticed Christmas commercials making their annual appearance. Actually they put me in a merry mood! So I am glad even it seems early. The local mall is also in the spirit. Yesterday the staff was busy setting up a forest of decorated trees. Yep, Christmas is on its way.
That being said, the weather here is nice and balmy. Sunny today with a slight breeze. To readjust my conditioning, I should go out and buy some candy canes and twinkle lights.
Thanksgiving is just a couple of weeks away. Max is looking forward to the new movies coming out starting on the 24th of November; the newest Harry Potter movie, Narnia and King Kong. I think we will wait for Sarah to get here to see a few of them.
Walking around, I found a business that runs laser tag. It is called Laser Force. They have the regular tag plus a D&D version and a Space version. Apparently they can program the “guns” to fit a character’s capabilities. Max is particularly interested in the D&D version. Another activity we want to try when Sarah arrives.
